It was the eve of the Lunar New Year. Most of the shops were closed in Korea (except those tourist attractions). So we headed to the Han River for some snow sledding fun! =)
Ttukseom Hangang Park have a year-round theme park that operates a swimming pool in summer, an amusement park in spring and autumn and a snow sledding hill in the winter.
More information can be found here.
Ttukseom Resort Station (Seoul Subway Line 7), Exit 2 or 3.
Here we go…! Wheeeeee~!!! ^^
Happily sliding down the hill until we were reaching the end I was like……… “AHHHHHHH~ OMG STOP STOP STOP!!!” Although the hill is not very high but it’s so slippery and we were going down REALLY fast!! It won’t just stop by itself and it will go straight to the wall BAMMM!!!! And it was PAINFUL if you hit on someone else while towards the end (luckily we wore thick enough so at least we have some cushion LOL) !!
Jjajiangmyun for lunch!!!
Bbopki (뽑기), Traditional Korean Sugar Candy!
Most vendors will stamp a shape in the centre of the candy and if you manage to eat everything around the shape without breaking it, you can get another Bbokki for free!
Came in here to hide away from the freezing wind-chill!
Had a fun filled day spent at the Han River~! Watched the sun goes down before we head off to our dinner!
Have been taking their subway for so many times and this was my first time taking this train with all the seats facing the window. Looks like a scenic train.
Korean BBQ for our Reunion Dinner in Seoul~!!! =)
